Cancellation policy
This page covers coffee subscriptions. Shopify requires it to be filled before subscription products are sold.
How our subscriptions work
Our subscriptions are prepaid. You pay once for the number of deliveries you choose, and we send your coffee on that schedule. Razorpay sets the payment up as an autopay at checkout, which is how the single payment is taken; you are charged the full amount once. The subscription renews at the end of the term unless you cancel it.
Changing your subscription
You can change the coffee, the grind, the size or the delivery address for any delivery that has not yet been dispatched, from your account. You can also pause or skip a delivery; your remaining deliveries stay yours and pick up when you are ready.
Renewal
When your last delivery has shipped, your plan renews automatically for another term at the same price, so the coffee keeps coming. We email you before the renewal date. If you would rather stop, cancel or change the plan from your account before then.
Cancelling
You can stop your subscription at any time by emailing or calling us. Any deliveries not yet dispatched are cancelled and refunded to your original payment method. Because our longer plans carry a larger discount, we first adjust for the discount you have actually earned. The bags already sent to you are recharged at the rate for the number of deliveries you took, rather than the rate for the plan you started, and the difference is deducted from your refund. So if you cancel a twelve-delivery plan after three deliveries, those three bags are charged at the three-delivery rate rather than the twelve-delivery rate, and the balance is returned to you. You keep the benefit of the deliveries you took, and you are not charged for coffee you will not receive.
If we cannot fulfil a delivery
If a coffee becomes unavailable we will contact you and offer an alternative of the same value, or refund the value of that delivery. If you would rather keep the amount on your account for a future order, we can do that instead.
