Light Roast

Coffee roasted lightly to keep the brightness and fruit character that darker roasting cooks away. Expect more acidity, a lighter body and clearer origin character. Light roasts reward pour-over, Aeropress and filter brewing, and are best drunk black, where there is nothing for the flavour to hide behind.
