Before you subscribe
Questions people ask
When am I charged?
Once, at checkout, for the whole term. Razorpay will set this up as an autopay, which is how the single payment is taken; you are charged the full amount once and once only.
What happens when my deliveries are finished?
Your plan renews automatically for another term at the same price, so the coffee keeps coming. We email you before the renewal date. If you would rather stop, cancel or change the plan any time from your account before then.
Can I change my coffee?
Yes, before any delivery, from your account. This is how you run your own rotation: start with one coffee, switch to another before the next bag ships, and so on.
Can I pause or skip?
Yes. Your remaining deliveries stay yours and pick up when you are ready.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email or call us and we will stop the remaining deliveries. The value of any bags you have not received is returned to you as store credit, to spend on anything we sell.
Can I send one as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a note for the first delivery. The subscription stays on your account, so you manage it and any reminders come to you.
How fresh is it?
Roasted the day it ships, dispatched within two working days, roast date on the pack.
