Where we ship
We ship across India and internationally.
Free shipping across India
Shipping is free on all orders within India. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout, because delivery is already included in our prices.
When your order is dispatched
We roast to order rather than shipping from stock, and we roast every day. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. There is no daily cut-off time. Very occasionally something outside our control, such as severe weather or a courier disruption, delays dispatch beyond that, and we will tell you if it affects your order.
How long delivery takes
Delivery times below are counted from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities include Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Indore and Nagpur. Hill stations include places such as Darjeeling, Leh, Ladakh, Mahabaleshwar, Ooty and Munnar. If you are not sure which applies to your address, write to us and we will tell you.
These are estimated delivery times rather than guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can add a day or two, and we will tell you if we know your order is running late.
Who delivers your order
We ship with Blue Dart, our regular courier partner, and also use Delhivery, MOVIN and India Post depending on the destination.
International orders
International orders are sent by India Post. Shipping is charged at India Post’s international postal rates, which depend on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the parcel, and the service used, and which are subject to change under India Post’s rules. You can check the applicable postage in advance using India Post’s online postage calculator. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp. For international orders you will receive an India Post consignment number, which you can use on the India Post website to follow the shipment.
Payment
We accept prepaid payment only, by UPI, card, net banking and wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.
