Collection: Dark Roast

Coffee taken to the darker end of the roast, past or close to the second crack. Expect a heavy body, caramelised sweetness, low acidity and notes closer to dark chocolate and smoke than to fruit. Dark roasts hold their character in milk, which is why they are the most reordered coffees we make, and they suit French press, moka pot, South Indian filter and espresso.
