We may revise and update these terms periodically, with all changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the sites following an update of terms confirms that you accept and agree to these changes. In the website and in our other digital assets you will find images, content, literature, videos, audio clips and other copyright material. You are advised that all of these (and not limited to the aforementioned) are protected content, and any unauthorised use of this will attract punitive legal action. Names of actual companies and products mentioned within the sites may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Our services may provide links to other websites or resources, and in turn, there may be third parties that provide links to our sites. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations hereunder where such failures result from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation
 
We cannot and will not be responsible for the services of our logistics /courier/delivery partners. We sell our products to our customers and on behalf of our customers we engage the services of a logistics partner to help our customers access our products easily.
 
When you buy equipment and accessories from Maverick & Farmer, you undertake to carry out all repairs and maintenance required for these equipments. In case of certain equipment covered under warranty or otherwise, you will have to coordinate directly with the manufacturers of these equipments.
 
We aren’t liable for any damages that you may incur due to proper or improper use of our products and services. Any damages arising out use the brewing equipment retailed on our website may be taken up directly with the manufacturers of these equipments. 
 
We may provide links to other websites, however this is done purely as a convenience for our customers and we leave it up to their judgement as to whether to utilise these links or not. We do not take responsibility for the products and services of those websites. 
 
Sometimes we may run out of certain products (coffees or equipment). For third party equipment we may offer you a substitute or may cancel the order and refund your payment. In the case of coffees too, we may offer you a substitute and dispatch the same after your approval, or we will refund you payment. For our Taster’s pack sets, we reserve the right to alter the contents of the set in the case of unavailability of certain coffees.
