Returns, refunds, cancellations
Our coffees go through a lot of stringent quality, sensorial and consistency checks before they actually make their way to your homes. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of a 250 gm bag of coffee, we will be happy to send you a replacement after we check the roasting roster and check with customers who have been sent the same roast batch. For a replacement you must:
Notify us within 7 days of the receipt of the coffee.
Return the coffee pack to our roastery.
For 500 gm and 1 kg bags, we will refund 50% of the price you’ve paid, on receipt of the returned coffee bag.
If you would like to return brewing equipment or accessories, you will have to ship the same safely to our roastery in Bangalore. Refunds will be initiate on receipt of the said equipment and in the same condition that it was shipped to you.
We roast coffees on order only. If you would like to cancel an order, please ensure that you send us an email on or before 11 a.m on the next day of placing your order. Any cancellation requests post this time may not be complied with. In case of successful cancellation, a FULL refund will be made, and the same will reflect in your account, normally within 4 working days of the request. We will initiate the refund within a day, the speed at which the refund amount hits your account will depend on your bank.
Payments that go ‘missing’.
In the rare event when a payment is made by you, but is not followed up with an order confirmation, please do get in touch with us at email@example.com. We will sort out the issue on priority and ensure smooth processing of the order.
